Volunteers Needed

Volunteer opportunities are available to all individuals and groups who wish to contribute their time and skills to become a part of the YMCA Stone Bridge Marathon & 5K Races.

Volunteers will receive T-shirt.

Before the race: October 11th - October 12th

- packet stuffing: October 11th - October 12th

- packet pickup at Stateline Family YMCA in Roscoe: Friday, October 12th from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

- packet pickup at Belvidere Family YMCA in Belvidere: Friday, October 12th from 3:00 p.m. –   7:00 p.m.

- start/finish area and race prep: Thursday, October 11th & Friday, October 12th

Race Morning: October 13th

- directing runners to parking

- start/finish line

- marathon packet pickup at Belvidere Family YMCA in Belvidere: Saturday, October 13th from 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.

- runner water & aid stations

- many more tasks...

After the race: October 13th

- take down and cleanup
